CORRECTING and REPLACING Optimum Solutions Launches PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Premiere Tour
Optimum Solutions, a leading implementer of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise solutions, announced today its commitment to deliver implementation services for the latest 9.1 release of the industry-leading PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management solutions. As a Certified Advantage Partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, Optimum is well positioned to offer customers strategic insight into the major enhancements to the existing Global Core HCM, Workforce Management, Workforce Service Delivery, Integrated Talent Management, PeopleTools and HR Analytics solutions, as well as the capabilities of the new HelpDesk for Human Resources and Workforce Communications offerings.
To lead this effort, Oracle and Optimum are collaborating on a national PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Premiere Tour, which is designed to demonstrate how the new features and functionality in the PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM 9.1 applications will help enable organizations to gain efficiencies from a fully integrated solution, increase user productivity, and lower the total cost of ownership.
The PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Premiere Tour debuts in October 2009 with a nationwide series of executive events, live demonstrations and webinars. These high-impact events will offer customers a first-hand view into the new PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM 9.1 release and highlight how organizations can manage HR globally on a single system of record while complying with local laws and regulations; forecast, deploy, track and manage labor; cut costs and increase productivity; and attract, retain, and motivate a superior workforce.
As part of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Premiere events, customers will also see how Oracle’s newly released HR Analytics 7.9.6 can help drive intelligent decisions, which enable organizations to benefit from utilizing workforce information to improve staffing and productivity, better design compensation that rewards performance, gain a more complete understanding of HR performance and monitor US statutory compliance reporting.
